We insure all DOMESTIC shipments for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact us at 773-233-4000 or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance. Charlie or Eileen Klees will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
We do our best to describe the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do what we can to make you happy. If that is not possible, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original purchase price.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in new or like new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable for full credit.
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. We are an authorized factory warranty fulfillment center for all of the brands that we represent. Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you.
